I don't see where you have identified your system well enough (the
right questions have not been asked).

You can try things all day long - how it that working out?

If your system boots, do this and we can identify the motherboard and
then you might get some better ideas:

Please provide additional information about your system:

Click Start, Run and in the box enter:

msinfo32

Click OK, and when the System Summary info appears, click Edit, Select
All, Copy and then paste the information back here.

There will be some personal information (like System Name and User
Name), and whatever appears to be private information to you, just
delete it from the pasted information.

This will minimize back and forth Q&A and eliminate guesswork. (too
late for the guesswork part).

Good.

Go to their WWW site:

http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/content.php?S_ID=284

Click the Manual tab, download, etc. It is an exe that extracts 2 PDF
files which I already downloaded and scanned and opened them.

The clear/reset BIOS section is on page 19 and has a few easy steps of
instructions. (battery inversion is not mentioned)

You may also do some searches in their FAQ section for your error
condition, and/or use their E-Support function (send them your
msinfo32 stuff too) - maybe somebody already figure this out.

Let us know how you get on.

Jose,

Thank you so much.

But I've only got 1 PDF file, not 2. And the "Clear CMOS" procedure is on
page 18. Page 19 shows Power Source Header. I hope we have the same file.
Its titled:
I945C_M7A_I945C-M7_0522C_B.pdf

Will be trying that soon and will let you know if things work out.

Regards Sonny
