Closes and logs off PC when opened

I have Onenote as part of office 2007 Enterprise running on my laptop
It has SP2 installed
I have also de-installed it and re-installed it
I have run the office diagniostics and run the repai & fix option
Running Windows 7

When I open one note up or if I use it to take screen shots by using Start & S
as soon as it opens it closes, closes down all open programs and logs of my
laptop

sometimes after a normal start it will work normally for a couple of times,
but then resorts into the above issue

I have deleted the offline cache files as I read that that can sometimes
resolve a simular issue but with no luck

I can't find any other reference to this issue

If it's NOT a new computer I think it sounds like a driver problem with
the video adapter. Update the driver.

Just as a test, try uninstalling OneNote and then see if Windows Key
("Start") + S does anything.
