With OneNote 2007 and a new laptop running Windows 7 Clip (screen clipping)
now Zooms the underlying window we are clipping from. Is there a way to turn
this zoom off?

Assuming "Windows 7 Clip" is a third-party program (I've not heard of
it as a part of Windows 7), and the problem only manifests itself when
that component is running, my suggestion would be to turn that
component off and see if the problem persists. If it only happens
when this program's running, the solution is simple:

Patient: "Doctor, it hurts when I do this."
Doctor: "Don't do that."
