Clip art will not download

I have Office 2007 and Windows 7 Ult. and IE 8.,
When adding clip art objects to the basket from
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/images/?CTT=97. I click the Download link
once I've added clips to the basket and NOTHING happens. Whereas a week ago,
before the site was changed over, the clips would download directly to the
Clip Art Organizer.

I have cleared the cache, emptied the temp folder and run a Detect and
Repair on the CAO.

Ideas please!

Tools>Internet Options>Security tab, click "Reset all zones to default"
Trusted Sites Zone
Add
*.microsoft.com
*.live.com

Internet Options>Advanced tab, click the "Restore Advanced settings" button
