Or save your $40 a year and use one or more of the free apps that do
as good or better than Spyware Doctor.

I'm currently using Avira as my AV program, and MalwareBytes
AntiMalware and SuperAntiSpyware as my on-demand malware scanners. All
are free, and all work well.
