Uninstall the Trial version along with the Activation Assistant before attempting to
install your Retail Purchased version of Home and Student.
Use Add\Remove to uninstall the Trial and if that will not do it completely then see
below link. Do not forget the Activation Assistant also

Hi Peter, thanks for response btw, i seen a things beside "2007 Microsoft
Office System" and "Microsoft office suite activation assistant" in Program
and feature and i think it might be related with ms office, those are:
- Microsoft Office 2003 Web component
- Microsoft office 2007 primary interop assemblies
- Micosoft office small bussiness connectivity components

should i uninstall those too??

and i found many MS office updates in my Windows update, should i install
them first and then uninstall completely current MS office or those updates
will be dissappear after i installed new MS office home student??

-thanks-
