Change Office Language to English UK

Hi,

I have a requirement to change the default Language of Office applications
to English UK not English US. But each time i try to remove it from the
Office 2007 Language Setting English US keeps coming in again.

Is there any way to set Office applications to Use English UK only.

Well, we spent a lot of time trying to do this for a law firm a few years
ago. It didn't work. Sorry. We set all the templates to the correct language
and also made a "checking" macro that double checked the current language as
soon as word started but for all Office applications - no. English in this
case is always US ;-)

You need to purchase the UK English version in the UK. That is your only way

Have you set the "Default Input Language" to "English UK" in the "Regional
and Language Options"?
Have you tried to add the registry below?
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Common\LanguageResources
Value Name: InstallLanguage
Value Data: 2057
