Case for a Learners' View (ALV) of Learning

THE CASE FOR A LEARNERS' VIEW (ALV) OF LEARNING joins Classic Education: A Learners' View (ALV) of Choices during Teaching and Learning. The case asserts that learners will likely improve academic performance when teachers offer lessons that match choices learners make while learning. This assertion rests on common results in reports of learning since the late 1800s by experimental scientists. By matching instruction of lessons to choices of learners, teachers can accelerate, increase, and deepen (AID) learning with existing resources. In turn, academic performance of learners will likely improve on state, national, and international standardized examinations when teachers match the content on these exams to their lessons.
