Hi,
1. Start Internet Explorer without add-ons by right-clicking the IE icon on
the desktop. Choose Start without add-ons.
or
from Start> Programs> Accessories> System tools> Internet Explorer (no
add-ons)
If the problem goes away, a browser add-on is causing it.

2. Try resetting security settings back to default. Internet Options>
Security> Default level.
3. With the warning that a reset will delete AutoComplete data, such as
passwords and you will have to reinstall or re-enable browser add-ons, use
the Reset Internet Explorer Settings button (Internet Options> Advanced.)

4. A third-party security program may be causing the problem. Disable
third-party antivirus, security suites, firewalls, etc. *only* long enough
to test the affected site. If a security program is the culprit, look
through settings/options for the feature which may be doing this.
