cannot find server

I just added a new user. When thet sign-on and try to access internet
explorer the get the error "cannot find server" "this page cannot be
displayed." Does anyone have any idea why this is happening only to the new
user?

Inaccessible Home page? Try using About:Tabs or About:Blank
for the Home page?
