A message pops up reading: " Internet Explorer Cannot display the Web page",
possible causes: you are not connected to internet,

Blah, Blah, Blah

But the web Page is up when this appears.

My guess is that it's an ad blocker, blocking an...ad. Does it appear in a
frame on the page, as if something else should be there, or is this a whole
separate page with the warning?

Try to type your replies starting in column one instead of hiding them
behind the quote markers (the ">" characters). Newsreaders tend to obscure
such typing, making them look like part of the quoted post.

To be *really* helpful, put a blank line ahead of your replies :)
