Can I link an outlook contact to an existing "one note" note?

I can create a one note link from my contacts in outlook but I don't seem to
be able to link and existing note to an existing outlook contact.

    1) In OneNote, right-click in the desired page or on the page tab, "Copy
hyperlink to this page" (or paragraph or whatever).
    2) In Outlook, in the contact notes, right-click and "Paste".
