Background: I've set up notebooks for my math classes. Kids will copy the notebook into their own folder on the server, so they'll each have their own copy.
The problem arises when a kid adds space (so as to have room to work the problem). This seems to cause the list to renumber itself. I tried to disable numbering (Tools>Options>Edit), but it doesn't seem to do the trick.
If it matters, most of the problems are pasted as pictures because of the notation; this seems to put each problem in its own container.
Having all these randomly renumbered homework assignments is going to be a nightmare once school starts. Any ideas? Thanks, GL
