BT878 Card Driver for Windows 7

Is there any chance to get newer drivers (video and audio) for BT878 card?
The latest official release was in 2006, then this nice chip, used in a
number of DVR Cards, officially lost its support, Conexant doesn't care of
customers at all anymore, but these are tons of these chips on the market.
The 2006 drivers can't support Audio and Video comes out corrupted.

Is here anybody else using the cards based on this chip?

Helroy! Thanks! I will try that. At least it sounds much better than the
original one, although it's even 2 years older that I'm currently using, but
the chip is old for sure.
