can I just remove browserchoice.exe from \system32 folder? Which registry
keys should be cleaned also?

Every question was legitimate? If you had a stupid annoying
"Browser Choice" notice plastered on the screen at every
boot-up, wouldn't YOU want to know what it was all about and how
to kill it?
