Boot log file

Should boot log (file output = ntbtlog.txt) run everytime I boot up? If not,
how do I enable it to run upon every boot up?

The only ntbtlog.txt on my PC (WinXP home edition SP3) is dated 4 months ago
and seems to list only drivers and no applications, it is big (955 K8). Can
it be made to show all loaded drivers, services and applications? Is the
list produced in chronological order of files loaded?
