Go to Tools, Message Rules, News... Click on New. Put a checkmark in 'Where
the from line contains people.' In the second section, checkmark 'Delete it'
and 'Stop processing more rules.' In the bottom section, click on the
highlighted 'contains people' and put the names in you want to block. Keep
in mind that whatever you put in will be blocked whether it is the whole
name or part of a name. For example, Tom would block me
, atom, tomato,
etc.
