An eraser is an eraser is an eraser!

While I like ON in general quite a lot there is one Ul flaw that annoys me
without end and that is that the eraser works correctly only in "pen" mode!

When I write some ink and I turn my pen over I can erase stuff with it. When
I have selected some other tool (like line, box or text), however, and I
turn my pen over to erase something with the back-end (aka. "eraser-tip")
then - instead of erasing - the program will actually "paint", i.e. create
another line, box, textbox or whatever the currently selected tool is. This
is completely counter-intuitive! An e-pen has two active ends for a reason
and the rear tip is an *eraser* is an *eraser* is an *eraser*! And in case
you didn't notice: it's an ERASER!

Nobody can *draw* with the eraser-end of a pen! So why does ON?

Can one stop this and make it work as expected? If not: where is the patch
to finally fix this?

I am using OneNote 2007 SP2 on Windows 7.
