I am running WXP SP3, Accounting Express 2009 (4.0.3610.0) and Office 2010
(14.0.4536.1000 - 32-bit).

Since I installed Office 2010 last week, I can't get any invoices to print
(either to a printer or to a pdf file). Accounting crashes with a window
that says "Microsoft Office Accounting has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I can generate reports through
its report system, but I can't print invoices or other items that use the
Word-based templates.

I am hoping someone knows what to do to correct this or can point me in the
right direction.

Thanks, Kit Marty

Office 2010 is beta software ... it's still being tested and hasn't been
released. In other words, it's buggy and may cause unexpected interactions with
other software on your computer. That's why MS tells us not to install it on a
production computer. They need to be a LOT firmer about that, IMO, but they
don't run the company based on my opinion.

Try uninstalling Office 2010 and then reinstalling MS Accounting. Then don't
install Office 2010, at least not a beta, again.
