Accesibility Options drawbacks

After two checkboxes are checked in General tab of Accessibility Options
dialogue and after those are applied you'll see that it is unchecked again
after u return this dialog again,also when you check Show extra keyboard
help in programs checkbox it diables "Hide underlined letters for keyboard
navigation until i press Alt key" checkbox in Appearance tab of Display
Options and u can't enable it unless ucheck the aforementioned che ckeckbox
again
