WoW! Foaming at the mouth again huh sheep-fucker? I guess you didn't

Here's the full quote:

"Mariposa-infected computers were linked to 13 million unique Internet
Protocol addresses, said Pedro Bustamante, a researcher with Panda Security.
It's hard to pinpoint the exact size of the botnet from that number, but it
appears to be one of the world's largest. Researchers studying the notorious
Conficker botnet have linked it to half as many IP addresses."

> Oops! Caught you lying again!

Why would you fabricate and attribute a lie that is so easy to disprove?

Hummm...so you've become a part of his lying network of shills too huh.
Can you read his subject line:..."13,000,000 infected Windows
Boxes"...got it?

Now where in the article does it state that huh?
Oops! It never does. In fact the term "Windows" is never even used.
So you are supporting a known and admitted LIAR!
Oops again!

More:

http://www.defintel.com/mariposa.shtml

And, yes, all were Windows boxes.

From the article:

"Q. Why did my AV not detect this?
A. With over 200 variants, some of the Mariposa malware is currently
detected and some is not. Coordination with antivirus companies is
ongoing to ensure that their signatures are updated. Defence
Intelligence products, Nemesis and Harbinger have the ability to protect
networks from Mariposa and other botnets."

So, if you use Windows, you're fucked.

More proof that Windows was the OS attacked:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2010/mar/03/mariposa-botnet-spain

From the article:

"The PCs, *running Microsoft Windows*, were spread among 190 countries,
and infected by a computer virus which allowed the ringleaders used to
steal credit card details and online banking credentials, as well as
sensitive data from the hard drives of the machines."

<Infantile name-calling profanity removed>

You're right...it's probably more than 13,000,000, that was only
13,000,000 unique IP addresses.

Count multiple PCs behind NAT rtrs, and the fact that more than one PC
can use the same IP on dial-up, so it could be 20 million. (Or, one PC
could use multiple IPs each time it calls in, so that's probably a wash.)

But multiple PCs behind NAT rtrs still stands.

Did I see you're wife on the street corner the other day negotiating for
services with a pickup truck bed full of Mexican migrant workers ?

Except that for all other OSs, there are virtually no worms/virii/trojans.

You're reaching far.....really far....

Why don't you just admit there is at least one Windows botnet that consists
of millions of infected computers.
