Will the XenWord Pro bridge allow single login to both a specific MemberPress group as well as to XenForo?

I'm not sure how MemberPress works. It might be more helpful to review how XenWord works and go from there.
XenWord allows a XenForo member to log into WordPress, have an account made if it doesn't exist, and have the capabilities based on the XenForo secondary user groups mapped to the new WordPress user.
I really wish there was a diagram for this but hopefully my explanation is helpful.
