Google Toolbar Disappeared

Searched for this in the newsgroup, but couldn't find anything. I realized
a couple of days ago that my Google toolbar was missing. I'm using IE8 with
Windows 7. When I right-click the toolbar, Google Toolbar is unchecked, but
when I click it, I get a prompt related to disabling it (i.e., "Do you want
to disable this add-on?").

Can't tell what's going on, but am hoping someone can offer some advice .

Thanks,
Todd

Hi,
First, have you tried disabling then re-enabling it? You should close then
re-open IE between the disable/re-enable.

Then, try uninstalling the Google toolbar from Control Panel> Programs and
features. Restart, then download and reinstall it.

Hope this helps,

here's an idea, toolbag, don't use a piece of s browser that depends on
features from an addons. There's no ecxcuse that won't result in abuse.

If youright clickabove the tool bars in an open space you can choose which tool bar you want.

It works, I lost mine and they came back with all my shortcuts.
