After updating this blog to WordPress 3.1, I decided to look into why the WYSIWYG editor was not functioning as a default installation.
The problem started several months ago after I decided to try out a few changes to the TinyMCE editor available in WordPress. Unfortunately, I didn’t reset the user data and so the full editor was not available until tonight.
In your admin panel, go to Your Profile and uncheck Disable the visual editor when writing.
