Blocks reorganization

Could we have the User block back up in the top right hand corner where it used to be, please?

It's disorienting to have to scroll down to check whether any new PMs have come in and/or to view the user stats.

Meant to do that yesterday but was distracted. I was looking into replacing that block with one with more information. Maybe tonight I'll tinkering with a different one. Until then -- should be in the upper left now :-)

Moving it up to second place works for me 8-)

I noticed that Galeon and Opera had trouble with the admin file in trying to move the blocks around. I ended up using Konqueror.

When you get Xandros installed, you'll be able to use IE :-D
