I've installed this nice distribution on four different machines and am quite satisfied with it. In fact, I've changed my machine over to it. The key selling point had actually nothing to do with VectorLinux but rather the community behind the distribution. Plus, I'm able to use swaret to pull down new applications and dropline-gnome allows me to have the latest gnome version (sitting at 2.4.1 atm).
Now, there are issues that have had to be resolved. This is where the community entered. One of my questions was answered in less than 10 minutes. That must be a record.
Anyway, I'm slowly writing up experiences and putting them in a PagEd document. Hopefully this information will be cleaned up so that an article will be made available.
