I guess I'm just out of the loop.
I'm just now hearing about RSS and Feedreaders.
But I like the idea. My question is what is the best Feedreader for Linux, or better yet for KDE? I downloaded Liferea but it's labeled for Gome desktop.
I have found a good use for it to serve me but I need to be able to monitor it from my Linux desktop.
In terms of KDE, I have not found a reader. I've tried a few java ones but they don't show the text - just the headlines.
In terms of the best for Linux, Liferea is definitely gtk2/gnome 2 based, dependencies include libXML2 and libgtkhtml-2.0. If you have evolution installed then there is a newsfeeder in it that is very good.
Oh - and Liferea 0.4.4 was released today ;-)
