I started an outline for the guide and have decided to publish the first part of it tonight or tomorrow. Before publishing it, though, I'd like some feedback.
PART I
introduction
why libranet gnu/linux
libranet is not windows
naming conventions
history
the latest release
feature summary
package list
taking inventory
gathering display information
evaluating your hardware
getting hold of libranet
verfiying the libranet iso images
burning the cds
verifying the cds
changing the boot sequence
backing up
notes on multiple operating system configurations
choose the desktop environment
questions and answers
summary
resources
PART II deals with installing the OS
PART III is about using the command line
PART IV is using the gui desktops
PART V is about advanced topics
Are there any topics you might add &/or delete?
Are there special topics you would like to see expanded or emphasized?
Finally, if this is completed and goes well then I would like to open this document up as a wiki so that others from this great community may add to it. I have the domain setup for the project and just need to activate it -- if all goes well
