As some of you may have figured out by now, Tux Reports is not going to LWE this time. There are many reasons, some are personal, and some may be discussed.

First, I'm teaching high school biology this summer. The students are doing well and will finish up next week.

Second, I'm being required by the State of California to take two computer courses for my teaching credential. Yes, that is correct. You do not need to clean the lense on your monitors. The State of California requires that teachers be knowledgable about computers. Of course, they mean required to create, edit, and delete documents created with MS Office. The course meets August 5th.

The third and ultimate clincher to not being able to go is a very personal reason that cannot and should not be discussed in public.

EMH, SMH and I wish everyone a great time at LWE. We wish we could be there to help celebrate Linux and we are truly sorry that we can't be there with everyone.

No worries..

You didn't miss anything.

I thought I either traveled back in time, or was in Groundhog Day II.
