In the past 12 years, my thoughts about websites and their respective maintenance has changed. The Tux Reports site began operation as a Linux hardware review site, expanded to Linux software reviews, and finally added forums. Unfortunately, the upkeep of the site was a nightmare. Two of the other administrators abandoned the site completely and I have tinkered with different uses and ideas.
Today's redesign is simply an extension of some thoughts about needing a single location to write about the various topics I enjoy discussing. For example, there are categories for Mobile PCs, PC Hardware, Apple, Software, Operating systems, Internet stories, business, education, entertainment, politics, and sports. Even more categories could be added.
