I especially like the the Enigma mail add-on which allows for GnuPG usage within Mozilla Mail.

Another Cool little add-on which will eventially be part of the mozilla suite is the calendar. It uses the Ical format. Get it here:

Once you have the calendar, you can subscribe to online ones, or create your own at http://icalshare.com/

Finally, another nice Mozilla add-on is the Preference Toolbar located here:
