Eric S. Raymond has written a response to the SCO charge that Linux hackers were behind the DOS attack the other day.

I respect the open letter but more than likely his words will fall on deaf ears. The reality is that the Linux community is filled with males between the ages of teens to 20s who are just learning social behaviors. This makes them prime targets for scrutiny. It doesn't make it right or wrong -- just human nature to assume this childish act was done by immature individuals.
