Update 3 to have KDE 3.x compatibility

While the third update to the current Amethyst series of releases will still be based on KDE 2.2.2, it has just been announced that a post-Update 3 addon will be made available with both QT3 and kde3libs, allowing users to compile and run the latest KDE 3.x-based applications.

Ok so you have some compatability with some qt3 apps, ... then what??

It's sad that a great idea, and at one time an early jump in the market, on a promising o/s has lagged so far behind.
