Andrew Kostin (http://donotblink.com/2007/03/new-gateway-tablet-pc.html) was told by Gateway about a new Tablet PC. His post links to a 6.1 MB PDF user manual (http://donotblink.com/pdf/8512097.pdf).
Besides the ambient light sensor and finger print scanner pointed out by Engadget (http://www.engadget.com/2007/03/24/gateways-imminent-new-tablet-pc/), there is a Kensington lock slot to lock down the system. Plus, on page 48, there is mention to the system being both touch and active screen. The screen appears to rotate in the opposite direction of the present ones, too.
Since drawbacks to the present Gateway tablet models include the weight and stupid digitizer (I can call it stupid because I own one!) - then the changes are welcome ones.
