Are we ever going to get the new server hooked up to TuxReports.com?

I'm bored with the hassle of remembering the IP address

You always seem to be one step ahead of me.

EMH wrote a nice explanation and status for all of the Tux Reports projects. Because she wrote it while we were driving from LA to home it was on a piece of paper. Unfortunately, I misplaced the notes. She only wanted me to check her spelling. She is asleep and planned on working on it today.

My bad :-(

Server Project: DNS cannot be switched until the email has been properly added. There was a licensing issue with the qmail installed on the new server. Rackforce tried to contact me the other day but I was not on the computer and missed the message. They didn't fix the problem so they must not have understood my message to them. I didn't find an email answer either.

More excuses:
I fell asleep last night while on the computer -- and lost the time to finish my work. In addition, we have a power plug issue with this desknote. The desknote is hooked up to a powercord that is plugged into the girl's room. This power plug is controlled by the light power switch. Birdie walked into the room and upon exiting turned off the light. She forgot the desknote unit was plugged into the wall. GNU/Linux is great because the only thing that was lost was what had not been saved. I was the limiting factor.

To continue my streak of unfortunate events, our DHCP server also broke down this morning. Of course, it had to die when I was in the middle of typing this message.

Today is going to be spent trying to get the truck fixed as well as dance rehearsals. More will be available on the projects later today. I don't want to promise anything to be published because .. well .. <insert in more excuses>

Paperwork for the DNS was filed out yesterday. Email is now fixed. The Plesk software wasn't installed properly. Yeah. It wasn't my fault .. LOL
