Shout box Permissions Error

Occasionally (1/3 of the time?) I get an error after clicking "Shout":


Sorry, you can't access this file directly...


The URL that shows up is /modules.php - as opposed to /modules.php?[whatever].

It seems to happen while I'm in the Personal Messaging system, but I cannot confirm this.

It will not work in administration either.
I've changed permissions again. I'll have to do some reading to figure out if this is a bug in the module or something I'm doing wrong.

That error just appeared. I don't know why either. It just happens sometimes. :?

It happens to me too, but it still posts the shout. All I have to do is refresh! :shock:
