Missing Images

I've noticed that phpBB2 is not complete. Apparently in the switch, there were images not uploaded.

(1) Avatars were not uploaded
(2) New Topic / Reply Topic images

I'll fix these as soon as possible. Have you noticed any others?

The "Where Penguins Fly" image is missing from the index.html page.

Sorry. That is one image that sits in the same directory as the index.html file. :oops:
