She is grouping categories and then figuring out minimum expectations for each level. It's a catchy name but we'll need to put some meat behind it.

What would you suggest?

How are you guys doing on this scoring system? Have you published it somewhere and I just missed it.

Man, the site really changed since the last time I was on here ! Most of it looks good except that images for post/reply etc are not showing up.

Thanks helios for the post. We haven't published T.R.U.S.T. yet. We are refining it a bit. When we publish the next usability study then we'll include the tests.

And thank you for pointing out the missing images.
