Most of the day was spent removing unnecessary modules within postnuke. There are plenty that were just taking up space on the server. I was hoping to be able to speed up the website. Sometimes it just crawls. Since this is a shared hosting environment, it quite possibly could be another site hogging things. :-(
There was a memory deal that I just couldn't pass up -- and you know what that means ! Right. The memory didn't work. Well, it partially works. It is not recognized in my Libranet box. It is only seen as a 128 MB module in the test box. It became too inconvenient to try it in Birdie and EMH's machines. Therefore, it sits alone.
Well, what do you expect for $19? Some value eh?
I'll try it in different boards -- maybe another day but not now.
PCLinuxOnline upgraded their php-nuke version and there was a new logo on their default theme. I didn't care too much for the new logo so I posted three similiar ones on their forum. Texstar was kind enough to suggest one to Darb and now it sits on their front page. Hmm.. maybe I should have spent more time thinking about it. Critical as always - I could have done better. Oh well.
Thinking of doing better - that stupid i-member-online block irritates me. It still doesn't reflect what is happening on the site. Grrr. AdvStats is showing the pages people are viewing and that is quite fascinating. I've always been curious about what people view.
